Reports to: Vice President of Client Services
- In this role you will Provide leadership on client accounts, including:
- Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Understand clients' needs and objectives
- Work closely with the agency strategy and creative teams
- Manage projects including video and radio production, digital campaigns, website development, events and more
- Responsible for budget and timing of projects
- Support new business initiatives
- Manage and grow junior staff

- 5+ years of advertising agency experiences
- Understanding of agency process, advertising and marketing
- Effective teamworking skills, influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to take on project ownership and accountability
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiasm and passion for marketing initiatives
- University graduate
Client Services Officer
Department: Client Services Department
Reports to: Client Services Manager
- Understand their clients' needs and objectives and work closely with them, developing trusted relationships
- Work closely with the agency strategy, creative, and production teams
- Plan and execute many different kinds of projects, including digital campaigns, Facebook posts, website development, video and radio production, KOL/influencer campaigns, photo shoots, media buying, events, market research, and more
- Provide research and reporting, including data analysis, reports on digital metrics, research reports, status reports and meeting notes
- Implement project management timelines and project tracking
- Provide quality oversight on deliverables
- Work with vendors, managing projects and maintaining communication to ensure that projects run smoothly
- Participate in new business pitches
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- University graduate
- Some work experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken and written English; Khmer preferred

Studio and IT Officer
Department: Operations
Reports to: Studio and IT Director
- Setup and operate audio-visual equipment for trainings, presentations, meetings,
- live streaming, and other events
- Conducting sound, visual, and performance quality checks on audio-visual equipment
- Provide helpdesk support and solve problems regarding hardware, software and network
- Setup new pc for new staff and onboard training
- Work closely with account and creative department
- Other tasks as required by management
- One year experience in IT or related field
- Knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipment
- Knowledge of using live streaming software such as OBS
- Knowledge of using Ms. Teams, Zoom, and other platforms for meeting and webinar
- Has experience on set up the new windows and join to domain
- Knowledge of using Graphic Design tools (is a plus)
- Knowledge of using office 365
- Knowledge of configuration router (any kind of router)
- Willing to learn new tools related to the live event
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
