Looking for civil engineers 4 positions with site experiences concrete - pilling and finishing work
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Labour control and work allocation
- Drawing interpretation and set out
- Supervision of all site installation works
- Site Reporting
- Minor design works
- Procurement control
- Manage staff to Control Tool and Equipment
- Check and approve the progress for safety work with sub-contractors.
- Give advice to sub-contractors and team members such Engineer, Technician, and workers about safety issue.
- Develop and manage new safety method and strategy for improving and speeding up the project.
- Male / Female aged between 25 - 50
- Applicants must have completed Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 1or 3Years work experience / with no experience will allow for interview
- Proficiencies in English
- Independent personality capable of working on his own and in team environment
- Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner.
- Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility
- Dress Well, and have good interaction skills
Quantity Surveyor
Position Circumstances

- Salary: $400 - $600 Negotiable + Based on Experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Estimate quantity of materials
- Ensuring materials suitable the environment
- Develop Supplier / vendors relationships
- Review architectural plans & prepare quantity
- Keep track construction materials inventory
- Track changes plans constructions update budgets
- Measure value work done site
- Site survey the quantity, making BOQ, and any quantity calculation and costs for projects.
- Calculate the amount and cost of materials and labor needed & Visit construction sites to monitor progress construction projects & check that the work is on the budget.
- Responsible for coordinating between sub-contractor in the negotiation and resolving issues relating to construction work including payment.
- Provide the bill of quantity of the structure work and architectural work.
- Understand costs analysis for construction, repair and maintenance project.
- Male / Female aged between 22 - 40
- Applicants must have completed Bachelor Degree quantity surveying, construction engineering, or related field or experience
- Minimum of 2 Years works experience
- In-depth understanding construction, materials, pricing, industry
- Independent personality capable of working on his own and in team environment
