The Chief Operations Officer (COO) for SPS, will be responsible for the development and oversight of academic programs, policies, guidelines, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the objectives of the academic department within Sovannaphumi School (SPS) and its assigned campus are met, while also providing strategic leadership across key functions such as administration, human resources, finance, marketing, and more.

Project Site Manager (Construction)
Project Site Manager (Construction) will support new business development initiatives, oversee construction and renovation projects, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and assist in drafting business plans and budgets. The role also involves supporting the Business Development Director (BDD) in performing due diligence for new startup schools and managing renovation projects for existing schools within the NTC Group. The position will closely monitor project progress, evaluate activities, and regularly report to the BDD, providing key insights and recommended solutions.
