Chief Operations Officer

Position Summary

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) for SPS, will be responsible for the development and oversight of academic programs, policies, guidelines, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the objectives of the academic department within Sovannaphumi School (SPS) and its assigned campus are met, while also providing strategic leadership across key functions such as administration, human resources, finance, marketing, and more.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Master’s degree in education or related fields;
  • At least 6 years experiences in school management;
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command in English of both spoken and written;
  • Working knowledge of school management/operations;
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and
  • under pressure;
  • Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;

Chief Marketing Officer

Position Summary

The Chief Marketing Officer shall develop and implement marketing strategies and manage all marketing operations and activities for NTC Group’s headquarter and its assigned subsidiaries/campus.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Master degree in Marketing Management or related fields
  • At least 05 year experiences in marketing management (in education institutions is a plus)
  • Experience in marketing strategies development and execution;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command in English of both spoken and written;
  • Working knowledge of market research, feasibility studies and impact analysis;
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
  • Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;

Administrative Manager

Position Summary

The Administrative Manager is responsible for the efficient management of administrative systems, as well as supervision and training of administrative officers, supervisors, assistants and other assigned staff. Managing the provision of support administrative related activities and routines in order to achieve the objectives within the timeframe as required.

  • Master Degree in business administration/management or related field;
  • At least 3-year experience in administrative/office management (with education institution is a plus)
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills;

  • Working knowledge of administrative and office management,
  • Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;

School Coordinator Pacific Kids School

Position Summary

The School Coordinator Pacific Kids School shall develop and coordinate the preschool academic program, policies, guidelines, procedures and other operations to achieve the objectives of academic department within NTC Group and its assigned campus.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Master of Education in Early Childhood or Preschool Program;
  • Minimum of 02 years experiences in preschool academic programs;
  • Good knowledge of teaching and learning assessment;
  • Working knowledge of preschool curriculum development and teacher training methodology;
  • Good English proficiency, proven by at least TOEFL of over 500;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
  • Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;
