Chief Operations Officer

Position Summary

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) for SPS, will be responsible for the development and oversight of academic programs, policies, guidelines, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the objectives of the academic department within Sovannaphumi School (SPS) and its assigned campus are met, while also providing strategic leadership across key functions such as administration, human resources, finance, marketing, and more.

  • Master’s degree in education or related fields;
  • At least 6 years experiences in school management;

Chief HR Officer

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

The Chief HR Officer shall develop, drive and implement human resources strategies, policies and human resources operations process to meet human resources department’s objectives and business goal for NTC Group’s head office and its assigned campuses.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To develop and drive human resources policies and procedures are in line with NTC Group’s guidelines.
  • To develop organizational development strategies and all related organizational charts to be in place;
  • To promote the concept of NTC Group core values and culture to build and maintain good industrial harmony between management and employees.
  • To determine manpower strategies and needs against current skills requirement appropriate with policies and procedures of recruitment and selection;
  • To support and advise HOD/SP to develop manpower planning for their current and future needs.
  • To ensure recruitment of quality staff in accordance with the required manpower plan.
  • To support HOD/SP to recruit and select candidates with the right set of competencies and attitudes as requires and within time frame.
  • To promote & execute high performance culture of NTC Group in order to ensure performance of excellence and productivity;
  • To support HOD/SP to formulate and implement proper KRAs and conduct performance appraisal to be fairly and consistently.
  • To develop, manage and drive learning and development program that will empower our current and future leaders;
  • To monitor and evaluate learning and development program to ensure smoothness, effectiveness and efficiency.
  • To carry out industry survey and advice HOD/SP on compensation trends within the industry and recommend suitable compensation strategies in terms of bonus payments/annual increment/salary adjustment to retain staff performance.
  • To retain and enhance employee commitment, and performance excellence and motivation by developing and implementing appropriate rewards strategies.
  • To manage remuneration, payroll, benefits to ensure the C &B policies and procedures for the best practice.
  • To maintain the employee relations, labor relations, policies and rules regulations are compliance with Cambodian labor law.
  • To manage and advice all employees on HR policies, procedures to ensure they are well communicated and implemented;
  • To oversee the HR Operations process to achieve HR departmental objectives and positively impact on the company objectives including, but not limited to on boarding, orientation/induction, promotion, transfer, resignation/termination, turn over, attendant, HRMS, HR Report, head count, team building, health & safety, and disciplinary action.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • MBA in management or appropriate related field (HR discipline is a plus);
  • A minimum of 08 years of experiences at a management level in HR;
  • Experience in HR policy development and execution, and best HR practices;
  • Experience in conducting performance management and training programs;
  • Proven experiences in strategic and operational HR planning and execution;
  • Working knowledge of job analyses, designs, and evaluation;
  • Human relations skills (recruit, retain, develop and motivate people);
  • Good communication, interpersonal, leadership, influencing skills and team spirit;
  • Professional qualifications and proven capabilities on workforce management;
  • Good command of English;
  • Demonstration of ability to work under pressure;

  • Working knowledge of labor laws,

Deputy Supply Planning Manager

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

The Deputy Supply Planning Manager plays as a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Procurement Department’s supply chain planning operations as Deputy Supply Manager.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To be a focal of the “Material Cycle Planning” to replenish stock for HQ & Branches to avoid insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
  • Follow up supplier issue & material quality call-out with internal/external parties and Service Providers.
  • Create a “Material Cycle Planning” meeting with committee by fortnightly.
  • Present the stock replenishment, and define solution for committee’s action.
  • Inspecting the levels of materials request and supply.
  • Manage inventory turnover rate at HQ & Branches to ensure all branches are kept the right SKUs, Category, and quantity.
  • Ensuring our selling materials are adequate for all channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
  • Design a Supply Module, and template report for stock controller at branches level.
  • Develop effectiveness supply planning report.
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Evaluate and Drive suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
  • Collaborate with Inventory team & Warehouse team and other stakeholders to ensure business goals are met.
  • Regularly train to stock keeper at branches level for the effectiveness of inventory keeping level.
  • Understand lean management is a plus.
  • Report to Head of Department.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Master Degree of Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Operation, Marketing or similar qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experienced in Supply Planning/Supply Chain/Inventory Management, ideally in FMCG company.
  • Understand supply cycle planning and SAP or MRP or ERP system.
  • Must be flexible, responsive, and accountable.
  • Possible to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and strong problem solving skill.
  • Understandable of construction materials for procurement process.
  • Essential be have minimum 3 years of purchasing experience.
  • High communication and interpersonal with a confidence of dealing with all people levels.
  • Strong Negotiation/Influencing/Commitment, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent Ms. Excel and Ms. Powerpoint, purchasing module, system, especially Ms. Excel
  • Excellent level of English and Computer skill.
 
 

Training & Development Officer

Position Summary

Training & Development Officer for Pre- school shall implement academic program and manage school operations strategies to meet business objectives of NTC Group and its campus and evaluate the effectiveness of the training to comply with the requirements of the Quality Assurance Unit of Pacific Kids School.

  • Bachelor in early years education or preschool program (master's degree is preferred);
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the training and development field;
  • Good knowledge of teaching and learning assessment in preschools;

  • Good English proficiency, proven by IELTS band at least 6.0;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
