- Master’s degree of Finance & Banking or equivalent degree.
- At least 10 years of working experiences including 5years in management role in the banking/MFI sector.
- Clear understanding and experience of micro-finance industry and retail banking.
- Determined personality with the ability to motivate and manage team.
- Capability and willingness to lead the organization forward.
- Experience in leading an extended multi branch network.
- Excellent communication skills, including English speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of urgency with high level of commitment and determination to deliver a great result.
- Strong communication skills for negotiation & reconciliation.
- Be available to travel to rural areas.
