Channel Development Manager (1 Position)
- Develop and implement the company’s channel development strategy to expand and optimize sales channels;
- Identify and establish new channel partnerships, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners;
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support channel partners and improve their sales performance;
- Formulate and execute channel management policies, such as pricing strategies, rebate policies, and training support;
- Analyze market and channel data, evaluate channel performance, and provide regular reports and improvement suggestions;
- Assist in contract negotiations, signing, and follow-up with channel partners;
- Manage and guide the channel team to improve overall efficiency and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in channel development or management, with industry resources preferred;
- Age between 25 and 35 years old; gender and nationality are not restricted.
- Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese, Khmer, and English, with strong abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. (Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.)
- Strong understanding of channel sales models and the ability to independently develop and manage channels;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills;
- Highly responsible, strong execution capability, and able to work under pressure;
- Willing to travel as needed.
Human Resources Manager (1 Position)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Translation Specialist (1 Position)
