Liming International Delicious Group (referred to as "MIDAS"), with the mission of "Globalizing Deliciousness, Promoting Health Worldwide", has been deeply engaged in the food industry for more than 20 years. It has established production bases in China, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and Indonesia, and is an important participant in the food industry in Southeast Asia. Its Cambodian subsidiary (founded in 2018) is a benchmark for modern food processing, with a 50,000-square-meter park, 8 production lines, and five major product lines, an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons, and more than 600 employees. The "MIDAS" brand is endorsed by Princess Jenna, a member of the Cambodian royal family, and covers mainstream channels in Southeast Asia.

We are looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:

Announcement Positions

Channel Development Manager (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company’s channel development strategy to expand and optimize sales channels;
  • Identify and establish new channel partnerships, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners;
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to support channel partners and improve their sales performance;
  • Formulate and execute channel management policies, such as pricing strategies, rebate policies, and training support;
  • Analyze market and channel data, evaluate channel performance, and provide regular reports and improvement suggestions;
  • Assist in contract negotiations, signing, and follow-up with channel partners;
  • Manage and guide the channel team to improve overall efficiency and execution.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in channel development or management, with industry resources preferred;
  • Age between 25 and 35 years old; gender and nationality are not restricted.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese, Khmer, and English, with strong abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. (Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.)
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models and the ability to independently develop and manage channels;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills;
  • Highly responsible, strong execution capability, and able to work under pressure;
  • Willing to travel as needed.
 
 

Human Resources Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a stable work pace and guaranteed rest time;
  • Work Location: Suburban Phnom Penh, Cambodia – convenient transportation and a comfortable office environment;
  • Leave Policy: One fixed rest day per week (Sunday), plus public holidays off; employees are entitled to 18 days of paid annual leave per year after onboarding, supporting work-life balance;

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Take full charge of the company’s recruitment efforts across all departments, including demand analysis, channel development, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-up, to ensure accurate talent acquisition;
  • Lead the development and improvement of the company’s HR management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance, practicality, and a standardized HR management system.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese or English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening) preferred; must be able to communicate and coordinate across languages smoothly;
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using Office software and capable of efficiently handling documentation, data analysis, and report preparation;
  • Other Requirements: Open to all nationalities and genders; aged between 28 and 45; candidates with relevant HR management experience are preferred.
 
 

Translation Specialist (1 Position)

Position Summary

  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day (specific schedule based on business needs)
  • Rest Days: One day off per week (Sunday), with paid leave on public holidays

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily interpretation and translation (both oral and written) of business communications, documents, and meetings, ensuring accurate and fluent information exchange;
  • Assist both Chinese and Cambodian teams in cross-language communication to support interdepartmental collaboration;
  • Organize and archive translated materials, and maintain and update the terminology database;
  • Complete other translation and coordination tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Proficient in Chinese, Khmer, and English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in all three languages;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of ensuring translation accuracy and meeting deadlines;
  • Hard-working and able to perform well under pressure, with flexibility to work overtime and handle diverse tasks;
  • Strong communication skills and a good team player.
