Card Officer
Department: Card, IT
- Card Issuance
- Create and Emboss Visa Card
- Replace, Activate and block Visa card
- Card support and work with support group to fix the card issue
- Analyze the problem
- POS
- Install and configure POS terminal upon request
- Provide training and product demonstration to new and existing POS merchants to merchant service team
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting in solution to all POS related issues
- Analyze the problem appropriately and report or escalate immediately to related stakeholders any urgent issues or complaints to be fixed due to bank operation or customer needs beyond own control
- Involve POS testing
- ATM
- Work with ATM vendor to install/deploy ATMs
- Work with ATM vendor for ATM maintenance or any updated patches
- Coordinate internal network team for windows update, anti-virus..etc
- Check ATM status to prepare for cash replenishment/reconciliation and notify related team
- Analyze the problem and coordinate related team to fix the issue
- Other tasks
- Prepare monthly NBC, Visa and MasterCard reports
- Coordinate BRED IT support in case of disputes/Chargeback
- Be available to work outside or go to provinces
- Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager
- Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- OR lower degree accepted if at least 2 years' experience in similar position
- Computer literacy including data analysis
- English proficiency both written and spoken
- Financial background, analytical and project management background
