Position Summary

Location : Phar Kandal and ESS.

Schedule : 7:30am –5:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To ensure a profitable business & academic operations, generate student number and meet sale targets with excellent services, Quality effectiveness and efficiency
  • Recruit, promote, demote, observe, evaluate, attendance control, contract signing, payroll and all HR and administration process
  • Problem and solution, greeting, general services, communication & relation, lost and found, Customer Relation Management (visiting & enrolling record, follow up & feedback),
  • school management system, payments, student placement, interview, registration, application & documents, student ID & pick up card, etc.
  • Set and meet sale targets
  • Public Relation, events and competitions, media, social media, SWOT analysis, business survey & expansion
  • Ensure enough school activities and competitions are being posted, boosted. Encourage all photos and videos are liked, shared, commented by students, staff and teachers
  • Problem and solution, counseling, communication, relationship, services, community, support, observation and evaluation, etc.
  • spot check ensure safety & quality of all activities both academic and general operation within the campus
  • ensure all books are up-to-date and enough for students, book check in-out record, etc.
  • promote positivity, teamwork, challenging working environment, engagement, involvement, team spirit, and growth for all teachers, students and academic team.
Requirements:
  • Hold Master Degree Education TESOL, related field;
  • Minimum 2-year experience education field preferred;
  • Experience managing team preferred;
  • Experience international school a plus;
  • Excellent written oral communication in English;
  • Ability work well under tight deadlines deliver effective result;
  • Desire learn overcome challenges;
  • Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, responsible, and very good team work;

Location : Phsa Tmey

Schedule : Mon-Sat (Half Day) 7:00am –5:30pm

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To ensure excellent academic quality in all programs and operations. Promote positivity, teamwork, challenging working environment, engagement, involvement, team spirit, and growth for all teachers, students and academic team.
  • Act as Leader, supporter, Inspector, trainer, role model, HR & Administrator, Supervisor of the Academic team
  • Admission and enrollment, placement, discipline, learning outcome, score, attendance, attitude, communication, class schedule, counseling, grooming, participation, engagement, study abroad, student ambassador, competitions, observation, evaluation, alumni, etc.
  • Discipline, quality of teaching, attendance, communication, teaching schedule, counseling, attitude, grooming, participation & engagement, competition, events & activities, training, observation and evaluation, etc.
  • Identify problems with solutions, counseling service, communication, relationship, general services & support, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Check and keep record students’ temperature daily.
  • Offering medical care and performing first-aid as needed.
  • Recording medical information of the students
  • Communicating with parents to update them on their child's care, educate them on home care and hygiene.
  • Ensuring care center environments remain safe and child friendly.
  • Designing plans for child development and care, ensuring children are safe, happy, and stimulated, encouraging children's development through play, particularly during illnesses, and stimulating children with special and sensory needs.

Accounting Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Team Supervision & Leadership
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance on accounting procedures.
  • Assign tasks, review work, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
  • Month-End & Year-End Closing
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations (bank, AR, AP, GL).
  • Ensure all accruals, prepayments, and adjustments are accurately recorded.

  • Tax Reporting & Filings: Ensure accurate and timely preparation/submission of all tax filings, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and payroll taxes.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
  • Tax Audits & Disputes: Act as the primary contact for tax authorities during audits or inquiries.
  • Resolve tax discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Tax Planning & Optimization: Identify tax-saving opportunities and advise management on tax-efficient strategies.
  • Review transfer pricing policies (if applicable) to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
  • Tax Reconciliation & Documentation:
  • Maintain proper records for tax audits, including supporting documents for deductions and exemptions.
  • Reconcile tax accounts (e.g., deferred tax assets/liabilities) in the general ledger.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/ACCA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in education or service sectors is a plus.
