Announcement Description

SOLAR GREEN ENERGY (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD called SOGE was legally registered in December 2013 to work in Renewable Energy Sector especially in the Solar Energy field. Historically, we first founded as an association called “Renewable Energy Development Association (REDA)” in 2008. The goal of this association has been to increase the use of green energy in Cambodia. Nowadays, SOGE provides high quality and standard products and services incorporated with the highest responsibility.

Currently, we are corporation with SNV implementing Innovations Against Poverty (IAP) project besides the service and productions supplying to our clients.

Summary

Bidding Requirement

Document Requirements:

SOGE has declared yearly tax expenditure as well as zero-tolerance during the project implementation, we may ask for some documentation from the awardee bidder.

Those documents may include:

  1. Business registration certificate/ Business License
  2. Patent certificate
  3. The 2 years Financial Report
  4. Annual Audit Report
  5. Requesting filled documents as required.

Submittal Deadline

Submittals must be presented no later than 5:00pm on the closing date to Solar Green Energy Cambodia Co., Ltd or email provided in the contact details.

Bids received after the date and time set for receiving bids will NOT be considered. SOGE will be NOT be responsible for misdirected bids. Vendors should call SOGE administration Office at (+855) 96 65 65 487 (WhatsApp / Telegram) to ensure receipt of their documents prior to the opening date and time listed on Bid Form.

Eligible bids will be opened and considered at 2:00 P.M. on Monday July 12th, 2021.

CONTACT AWARD

The awardee bidder will be contacted no longer than 3 days after the evaluation committee appointment is going to conduct the call meeting on July 12, 2021.

The validity of quotation should be at least 20 days.

Any question related to the bid inquiry must solely send to Email, the answer will be responded back through this email.

The tender document via email is permitted to send solely to Email. Any documents directly send to individual SOGE team member email mailbox will be disqualified.
