Business Manager
Location: Nationwide
- Primarily responsible for business development
- Monitoring life advisor performance on daily basis
- Working closely with Business Director to achieve the overall key result areas
- Supporting and managing life advisor/leader
- Supervise, motivate, and lead life advisor to achieve with sale target
- Actively recruit life advisor
- Manage life advisor productivity
- Other task will be assigned by company or direct leader
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sale and Marketing, Business Management or related field
- At least 5 years experiences a supervisory position in sales
- Experience in leading a successful sales team
- Demonstrate strong leadership capability and a can-do attitude
- Dynamic, independent and integrity
- Enjoy working in challenging sales environment
- Strong communication skill and reasonable command of English language
- Result –oriented, committed, flexibility, and self- driven individuals
