Position Summary

Location: Nationwide

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Primarily responsible for business development
  • Monitoring life advisor performance on daily basis
  • Working closely with Business Director to achieve the overall key result areas
  • Supporting and managing life advisor/leader
  • Supervise, motivate, and lead life advisor to achieve with sale target
  • Actively recruit life advisor
  • Manage life advisor productivity
  • Other task will be assigned by company or direct leader
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sale and Marketing, Business Management or related field
  • At least 5 years experiences a supervisory position in sales
  • Experience in leading a successful sales team
  • Demonstrate strong leadership capability and a can-do attitude
  • Dynamic, independent and integrity
  • Enjoy working in challenging sales environment
  • Strong communication skill and reasonable command of English language
  • Result –oriented, committed, flexibility, and self- driven individuals
