JOB PURPOSE
Deliver high quality bus travel experience by ensuring that all customer escalations from the central support team is resolved by working closely with the local field team and bus operators. The role will also support in providing Management Information System (MIS) support for the Country Head & Business Manager.

- Ensure all escalations that come from Central support team are resolved within agreed timelines
- Maintain exceptional relationships with bus operators and field teams to provide fast closures
- Provide inputs to Business Development Team on long term solutions to fix some of the root causes of escalations
- Support Business Development Team with MIS requirements
- Support in driving local initiatives
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- 0-1 Year Experience, Freshgraduate is open to apply
- Min. Diploma Degree
- Good communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with supply partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong Ms. Excel skill
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in both the local language and English for effective communication
- Location: Phnom Penh, Will be required to work from office and travel as per business requirements
Customer Service Executive

Schedule: Shift Work, 5 days working and 2 days off in a week
As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as the voice of redBus, ensuring seamless support for customers throughout their journey. You will handle bookings, resolve issues, and deliver timely, empathetic service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Responsible for answering inbound calls, emails, and chats and resolving customers' queries related in the pre- and post-journey
- Work with relevant stakeholders, such as bus companies, for fulfilment of tickets booked.
- Document all interactions (calls, messages, emails) with customers and other external stakeholders
- Working with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve the customer experience
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Understanding effective meeting processes and practices and the importance of meeting KPIs.
- LOB: Inbound, Outbound, Email, Chat
- Must have excellent verbal and written English, and Khmer
- Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision and strong time management skills
- Well-versed in Cambodia's infrastructure and transportation details
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to various queries
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Min. Diploma in any field
