Business Development Specialist

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, including Digital Marketing agencies, Media & PR agencies, and industry influencers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to support business objectives.
  • Maintain employee records, track attendance, and handle other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Having at least 6-12 months of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Cambodian market, including industry dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish productive relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in English and Khmer languages.
 
 

Customer Support Officer - Facebook Team

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Answer and address a high volume of incoming emails, calls or Facebook inquiries via chat and comments relating to product issues, sales policy and orders status.
  • Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by displaying patience and empathy towards customers from different cultures and backgrounds in the US.
  • Provide a professional service to customers which also protects the business’s interests and brand persona.
  • Keep track of customer interactions and escalate issues to the higher-level management.
  • Use company processes and systems to log complaints, update product details and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Fulfillment team to notify customers of order status, collect and analyze customer feedback.
  • Adhere to performance metrics to meet service level expectations and assigned KPI.
  • Participate in constructive quality feedback sessions with managers to improve performance.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS above 6.5 or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service support, preferable candidates from E-commerce companies like Lazada, Shopee or with experience in start-up environment.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem solving abilities to de-escalate situations and ensure a positive solution.
  • Detail-oriented, highly focused, open-minded and strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Customer relationship management experience is strongly desired.
  • Experience with support applications like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Teamsupport and order management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
 
 

Facebook Resource Management Specialist

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Facebook resources, including Facebook Via, fan pages, pixels, and ad accounts, to support the marketing team's objectives.
  • Collaborate with content and performance marketing teams to ensure compliance with Facebook policies and guidelines for resource usage.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing & operations to assess Facebook resource needs and ensure adequate availability.
  • Collaborate with partners and finance team to make sure the Performance team has enough marketing budget to operate Facebook campaigns
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, legal or a related field.
  • Having at least 3-6 months of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook advertising, including Facebook Via, fan pages, pixels, and ad account is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Facebook policies and guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information.
  • Proficient in using office software and applications.
