Service Sales Engineer
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Objectives of the function: To monitor, plan and sell service contracts in order to achieve sales targets
- Monitors the expiring contracts and negotiates with customer for service contract renewal to achieve agreed price increase target.
- Plans and take actions to gain the new business and recover the lost contracts to ensure that the targets will be achieved.
- Builds and maintains a good relationship with both new and existing customer to ensure their maximum satisfaction and thereby leading to long-term business relationship.
- Makes sales visit and closes sale deal in order to achieve service contract sales targets.
- Accountable for request invoicing to FAD for all service contracts are under responsible area to ensure no outstanding billing.

EI Service Technician
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Objectives of the function
To be accountable for maintenance and repair as well as safety test of elevators, escalators and moving-walkways under maintenance contracts to ensure that their performance and safety standard are achieved.
- Accountable for preventive maintenance and re-commissioning work to ensure that the quality, safety, and performance of all types of elevators, escalators, and moving-walkways under responsible area are in line with Schindler standard.
- Attends and repairs all breakdowns of elevators, escalators and moving-walkways under scope of responsibility or assigned area in a timely manner (night time standby as well).
- Assists service supervisors in maintenance planning and troubleshooting to ensure that quality and efficiency standard of maintenance work are achieved.
- Assists Service Supervisors to promote and enforce discipline among subordinates to ensure that their conducts abides by the Company rules and policies.

Safety Officer
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Objectives of the function
Make sure all possible measures have been taken to ensure the safety of the workers / subcontractors in their daily activities and to control and improve their safety behavior and work conditions.
- All duties assigned by the Snr. Safety Manager related to Health Safety and environmental issues.
- Do Safety walks, Safety inspections and toolbox talks… for technicians, fitters, Factory, Warehouse and Office.
- Safety training, conduct relevant training for all staff.
- Hazards identification and reporting at jobsites.
- Assists Investigates incidents and reports to Safety and Health Manager
- Collect incident statistics for reporting in SRS (Safety Reporting System)
- Conducts Safety Inspection in conjunction with Front Line management according to local legislation, providing feedback, documenting findings and assisting the Safety and Health Manager in assuring corrective action for unsafe practices or conditions observed.
- Attends SH committee meetings, Safety training, safety day, etc
- Assists the Safety and Health Manager in reviewing and maintaining the hazard inspection checklist for office and workstations
- Daily report & update safety & health condition at jobsites
- Go to surprise check jobsites within Phnom Penh City and other provinces
- Other tasks related to Safety and Health Section
- Support front line manager complete safety target
- Report to the Safety Manager, direct and indirect regarding all Safety related matters and instructions
- Distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all staffs
