- Reporting to the GM, Supply Division APAC, the BDM Cambodia will perform an integral role to our business acquisition and retention agenda and will actively engage in articulating the value proposition of our medical supply services in relation to the needs of the client or prospect. Further focus will be put on:
- Setting the client relationship management and business development priorities for the Cambodian medical supply business.
- Developing a clear set of priorities for medical supply opportunities for Cambodia.
- Working closely with the Medsupply and regional sales and leadership teams to partner and to develop medical supply business opportunities.
- Taking the lead on the development and implementation of a strategic business development plan for Cambodia and its key government and NGO agencies.
- Developing awareness and preference for MedSupply International (Cambodia) solutions in the government market places through communication and education initiatives, and participation in symposiums and networking events.
- Acting as MedSupply International (Cambodia) trusted advisor and point of contact for Cambodian clients with which a relationship is developed or maintained.
- Providing business development leadership on initiatives that drive the identification and development of new medical supply business with both new and existing Cambodian NGOs and government agencies.
- Providing leadership and project management of medical supply proposals and marketing materials for Cambodian agencies, ensuring input and endorsement from appropriate local and regional stakeholders.
- Fostering and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all other JV affiliated entties.

- Experience in managing complex processes and projects with strong deadline
- Coaching and research experience is highly desired

- Required Work Experience (Brief description of the job-related experience needed to perform the job)
- Proven experience in business development, client management and growing accounts in the relevant government agencies, UN organizations, NGOs and humanitarian actors.
- Experience in establishing both a strategic and action plan and execute it, with clear deliverables, consistent checkpoints, appropriate monitoring and adjustment.
- Ability to collaborate, co-operate and network effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, matrix organization. This includes building strong partnerships with Finance, Operations, Bid Management, Quality Assurance and Sourcing.
- Experience in managing complex tenders and projects with tight deadlines.
- International exposure and mindset, combined with cultural sensitivity and effectiveness in a multicultural environment.

- Excellent written and oral Khemer and English language.
