- Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
- Develop new business and marketing plans in coordination with CJCC directions to achieve revenue goals.
- Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
- Be responsible for introducing E-learning platform of CJCC
- Maintain the relationships with Japanese companies, local companies and/or other organization/associations related to recruitment service and business development
- Assist the customized courses
- Support the implementation of entrepreneurship programs
- Supervise Fund Intermediary project
- Provide support and facilitate the alumni activities
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management
- Bachelor degree in university or any amount of experience, knowledge, and skills that will enable you to perform the tasks proficiently
- At least two-year working experiences in business skills training, business incubation hubs, business development services (Experience working in one or more of the above-mentioned areas as an asset)
- Good command in using English and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong motivation, good attitude, and high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work well within a small team and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Graphic Design Staff

- Plan, organize, and update the website of CJBI (Cambodia-Japan Association for Business & Investment) and CJCC based on the inputs provided by other team members of CJCC
- Design materials for promoting CJCC (CJBI)’s events, Japanese Language Courses, Business Training Courses, and other activities based on the inputs provided by other team members of CJCC
- Support E-learning system platform of CJCC
- Assist other CJCC staff in conducting PR activities mainly in the fields of business service and networking activities
- Report to Manager
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management
- A graduate of associate degree or fresh graduate of bachelor degree in media & communication, graphic design, information technology, business & marketing and other related areas
- Knowledge of social media, Microsoft Offices, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design applications
- Skills in developing and updating the website
- Be creative and understand the PR/marketing mechanisms of advertising
- Basic understanding of online & offline marketing concepts

Renting Service Staff

- At least one-or two-year working experiences in the field of room booking/customer service is an advantage
- Good command in using English
