Branch Manager (15 Positions)
District Branch Manager 15 position, based in Pursat (Krakor&Bakan District), Kampong Chhnang( Krong Kampong Chhnang, Boribo & Tuek Phos District), Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Tbong Khmum(Ponhea Kraek & Dambae), Kratie (Chhlong, Snoul/ Sambour&Chetborei District), Steung Treng, Battambang( Moung Ruessei, Krong Battambang&Thma Koul), Mondulkiri (krong Saen Monourom), Preas Vihea(Sangkum Thmei, Chhaeb and Choam Ksant Vihear), Kampong Cham Province(Skun ) & Kampong Speur
- Manage and lead all staffs to working with communities’ people and partners to build toilet and well depreciation and make sure that the project run smoothly and good progress.
- Develop project planning as weekly and monthly to implement and follow up all staff, as well as lead by example too.
- Lead and manage all staff to promote our products to meet the targets plan.
- Collect/Analysis all clients who is request loan for build latrine in targets area.
- Lead monthly meeting, share achievement, challenge and problem solving to all staff and management team.
- Lead and manage all staff to collect monthly payment from clients to reach dateline.
- Make sure all staff understand and follow Mahasal.Glo5 guideline/policy
- Make sure all communities problem solves on time and appropriated.
- Make sure all staff understand on, what is communities healthy and sanitation
- Make sure you have a good relationship with all staff, partners and communities’ people for running project smoothly.
- Regular monitor all staff and building materials/supply.
- Other task assigned by Management team.
- Bachelor degree business management or general management or marketing or the other related certificate.
- At least 2–3-year experience in management and leadership, marketing & Credit Officer.
- Experience for net working with NGO, Partners, and communities’ people.
- Good relationship with partners, staff and communities’ people.
- Able to use computer (Ms, Word, Excel and PPT)
- Able to access and check loan with clients processing.
- Good understanding of Marketing and Knowledgeable Credit.
- Honest and trustworthy, hardworking, high commitment and willing to learn.
- Willing travel overnight stays in the community.
Credit Officers (35 Positions)
Credit /Sale Officer 35 position,based in Pursat (Krakor&Bakan District), Kampong Chhnang( Krong Kampong Chhnang, Boribo & Tuek Phos District), Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Tbong Khmum(Ponhea Kraek & Dambae), Kratie (Chhlong, Snoul/ Sambour&Chetborei District), Steung Treng, Battambang( Moung Ruessei, Krong Battambang&Thma Koul), Mondulkiri (krong Saen Monourom), Preas Vihea(Sangkum Thmei, Chhaeb and Choam Ksant Vihear), Kampong Cham Province(Skun ) & Kampong Speur
- Help district branch manager to developing weekly planning and selling products in the community.
- Able to access and check loan with client
- Good relationship with the other staffs, partners and communities for running project activities smoothly.
- Maintain and follow Mahasal.Glo5 guideline/policy
- Able to manage and solving the problem in the community smoothly.
- Collect/Analysis clients to disbursed loan in the target areas.
- Regular monitoring and collect loan repayment from clients to reach date line.
- Regular report to leadership/top management of Mahasal.Glo5
- Other task assigned by Branch Manager
- Graduated bachelor degree or the other related certificate.
- Experience for marketing or selling product or credit officer at least 1 year.
- Honesty, humble, and willing to learn from community.
- Good communication with staffs, partners and community people
- Able to access and check loan with clients processing
- Good understanding of marketing and knowledgeable Credit
- Honest and trustworthy, hardworking, high commitment and willing to learn.
- Willing to travel and stay overnight with the community’s people.
