JACCS is one of the leading company in Japan’s consumer finance sector. JACCS Co., Ltd, started out as provider of monthly installment credit services in Hakodate, Hokkaido, in 1954. Since then, under a founding philosophy that values trust and reliability, JACCS, has continued to expand its business nationwide in Japan and has expanded its business into growth markets in Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia).

In Cambodia, we started our operation in March 2018. We aim to stabilize our operations while solidifying our business foundations and stepping up efforts to expand our business.

Branch Manager

Position Summary

Benefit:

  • Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Sunday and 1 day off on rotation basic), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Transportation Allowance: Provided monthly gasoline allowance for traveling from home to work and back home.
  • Transportation Gasoline: Provided to Outside Staff for Business’s purpose based on roles and responsibilities.
  • Motor Rental: Provided to Outside Staff.
  • Maternity Allowance: Provided for baby delivered to Male and Female staff.
  • Marriage Allowance: Provided to all staffs.
  • Funeral Contribution: Provided to staff for staff’s relative in 1st generation.
  • Outpatient Coverage: Provided to all staffs and staff’s children.
  • Bonus: Twice per year for Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben festival
  • Salary Increase: Once a year
  • Seniority payment: 15 days of salary per year (in June and December)
  • Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
  • Health Check-up: Once a year with private hospital (Sunrise Japan Hospital Phnom Penh)
  • Overtime: 200% on Public Holiday
  • Cell Phone and Phone Card Allowance: Based on company’s policies.
  • Staff Loan: Provided to all staffs with low interest rate.
  • Motor Insurance: Covered on (Third Party Liability (TPL), Own Damage, and Theft) for Outside Staff.
  • Staff Insurance: National Social Security Fund (NSSF) for health and accident.
  • Leave Allowance: Annual Leave 18days / year, Sick Leave 6days / year, Special Leave 7days / year, Maternity Leave 90days, Long Sick Leave up to 6 months.
  • Covid-19 Leave: Provided paid leave until staff recovers and medical expenses
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring the overall achievement of branch sales and service goals.
  • Responsible for the overall sales and marking activities at the branch, including promotional campaigns and new product roll-outs.
  • Leads by example, communicates the rule, encourages, motivates, and requires all staff adherence to the same rule.
  • Ensure portfolio quality is controlled at all time.
  • Identifies target marketed; develops and implements a branch expansion strategy.
  • Ensure the branch's operational integrity; monitors potential risks and reports suspicious activities and/or violations promptly.
  • Responsible for planning and continuously monitoring staff level requirements, participating in recruitment and selection, daily scheduling of branch staff, providing for and/or coordinating training and development, completing performance appraisals, resoling staff conflicts, disciplining and participating in the rewards and recognition decision-marking process.
  • Respond to customer and dealer inquiries and/or complaints and take the necessary actions to achieve customer and dealer satisfaction.
  • Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned by line manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business (Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or Management).
  • Five years experiences in sales and operation in the bank/microfinance/leasing industry.
  • Two years of experience in management and staff supervision.
  • Prior business development experience required, microfinance, or banking industry preferred.
  • Good computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet software application; working knowledge of MIS for the bank/microfinance/leasing industry.
  • Proficiency in English both writing and speaking
