Job Description
We are searching for experienced candidates for the position of batch plant operator to join our capable team of professionals. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

- Operates Mixer Machine and Batch Plant.
- Weigh materials.
- Load aggregate material into batch plant.
- Loads ready-mix concrete into concrete mixer trucks.
- Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or by hand to ensure conformance to established standards.
- Must be able to produce on-time & in-spec concrete for the customer.
- Must be able to operate plant controls and programs.
- Maintain proper raw material levels and order as needed (aggregates, cement, additives).
- Controls inventory of materials and admixtures.
- Responsible for daily inspection of facilities, do necessary repairs and will complete maintenance checklist.
- General Requirement
- High School or higher Degree
- Good in written and spoken English
- Qualifications
- 1-3 years of concrete batching plant experience strongly preferred.
- A basic knowledge of specifications of different finished materials and knowledge of the capabilities of equipment.
- Requires experience to recognize various products by sight and to understand proper plant operation
- Must be familiar with the material manufacturing process the safety and environmental issues related to ready mix.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to interact professionally with customers, plant employees, dispatchers, mechanics and drivers.
- Previous related experience as a Batch Plant Operator.
