Hours: 22 hours per week; shift-based
Location: Siem Reap House Canteen, Siem Reap House, Rose Apple Square, Siem Reap, Cambodia
Reports to: Finance/Admin Officer
Works with: Fellow Baristas, Receptionists, and Front Desk Team
- Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established standards.
- Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Provide polite and efficient customer service to members, guests, and visitors.
- Operate coffee machines and related equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the canteen, counter, and preparation areas.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately, in line with internal procedures.
- Assist with stock monitoring and report low supplies when needed.
- Support opening and closing duties during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conference room reservations when required.
- Collaborate with reception and operations staff to ensure smooth daily operations and provide general support as needed.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times.

- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner.

- Comfortable handling cash and digital payments accurately.
