Assistant Sales Manager – On Trade

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Pernod Ricard Cambodge commercial ambition includes the focused development of the On Trade channel where the Group’s brands must be heavily promoted and activated to engage various target consumers. The On Trade channel is key in facilitating consumer recruitment and conversion into the Pernod Ricard portfolio of Premium brands, ensuring sustainable growth of the Group in this market.
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering brand objectives both quantitatively (volume and profit) and qualitatively (visibility, activation, consumer engagement) for all contracted outlets. He/She will review performance of the PR CAM universe of outlets and recommend appropriate commercial strategy to his/her manager: revisit all investments, define commercial strategy and plans that enable to block competitors on our leading categories and catch up market share over competitors on growth relay categories.
  • The incumbent is responsible drive sales to Key Wholesalers who will distribute authorized PR CAM products to Contracted Outlets. He/She will also have the responsibility to drive Key Wholesalers to expand PR CAM business in non-contracted outlets serviced by Key Wholesalers, aka opening new outlets. The incumbent will build solid business plans (sales forecasts, A&P forecasts and marketing plans) with each Key Customer.
  • The incumbent will coach and manage a team of 1 direct report (Sales Executives) across all On-Trade channels: TOT, HEB, LEB, RES, and NC. He/She will also have to establish credibility to coach and manage sales teams, supervisors, managers of on trade Customers who support the depletion of PR CAM products.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for specified net sales targets and/or key brand volumes across the On Trade Channel to be disclosed during on-boarding, with the understanding to grow sales year on year.
  • Aside from managing the on-trade team, the incumbent will also directly manage all Customers under the following channels:
  • International Hotels/Resorts
  • Any Customers under Regional or Global partnership arrangement with the Group
  • Key Missions include but are not limited to:
  • Key Accountability to drive volume, net sales and CM, as well as to manage A&P funds.
  • Manage sales in Contracted Outlets in order to develop profitable business for PR CAM
  • Drive major PRS Brand Activations
  • Manage wholesalers in a professional manner through designing and implement business plans by wholesaler: sales and A&P forecasts, usage of their marketing funds, monthly brand activation calendars, training and coaching of their salesforce
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-7 years working experience in sales
  • Experience in liquor, luxury or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Computer literate Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to use Khmer, English and Chinese for business communication

Assistant Public Affairs Manager

Position Summary

Department/Division: Public Affairs

Report to: Head of Corporate Affairs, S&R, Communications – Vietnam & Cambodge

JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Head of Corporate Affairs, S&R, Communications – Vietnam & Cambodge, the Assistant Public Affairs Manager will be responsible for the action plan development, implementation and monitoring of corporate affairs, sustainability & responsibility (S&R), corporate communications projects/initiatives for Pernod Ricard Cambodge.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Ensure relevant action plans and smooth implementation of the corporate affairs agendas under Pernod Ricard Cambodge as well as those in partnerships with other stakeholders (global/regional/local business associations, embassies, Government entities, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant public and private stakeholders inside and outside of the alcohol industry to enable the corporate affairs agendas to be executed;
  • Monitor to ensure corporate affairs agendas to be implemented accordingly to plan and in a compliant manner.
  • Lead Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) initiatives in Cambodia market
  • Ensure the replication/implementation of global and regional S&R initiatives in Cambodia;
  • Ensure the implementation of local S&R initiatives.
  • Lead the corporate communications activities to enhance Pernod Ricard Cambodge's image as a responsible and sustainable business in Cambodia
  • Work closely with HQ and APAC Comms to ensure news articles on PR CAM's corporate affairs and S&R activities are well communicated internally.
  • Work closely with local PR agencies and local medias to ensure news articles on PR CAM's public affairs and S&R activities are well communicated externally, targeting public and private stakeholders in Cambodia.
  • Ensure admin, logistics and accounting tasks for the department activities
  • Work with relevant departments (marketing, agencies, finance, HR, supply chain) to ensure all relevant admin, logistics and accounting tasks are implemented in compliant and good manner
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Academic & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Public Affairs/Project Management/Communications;
  • Possesses Experienced Project Management, sustainability, corporate communications background;
  • Self-starter, be comfortable with working with a high level of autonomy and ownership;
  • Have good planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring skills, and ability to engage actively stakeholders, to align interest and get things done;
  • Ability to deal with working under pressure at some point, prioritize and manage several streams and tasks concurrently, as well as a multitude of stakeholders;
  • A good team player, ability to ensure everyone has the correct level of information and provide support where relevant to find solutions to issues;
  • As a must, you speak and write fluent Khmer and English.
