CBCC-Assistant Project Manager
Reports to: CBCC-Project Manager and is a full-time post (Open to national citizens only)
Project Assistant has to take responsibilities to involve in conducting the project design, project monitoring and evaluation, project plan and report and project implement. S/he need to facilitate and support team to be able to provide service support. S/he need to connect with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the project is running well, and also need to lead the meeting and to manage the administrative task of project.

- Provide cases consoling to survivors of human trafficking and sexual abuse
- Prepare Survivor Care forum and survivors leader.
- Involved in preparing a project proposal, log frame, and budget plan, Work Plan Implementation
- Monitor regularly the progress activities and achievements by reflecting on the project log-frame (M&E Data entry Project outputs, and outcomes).
- Prepare and consolidate Internal Monthly Report, and Achievement Report and prepare Story of Change and Activity Pictures at least one week before the deadline.
- Project Administration Tasks Arrange/organize/prepare financial documents (cash advance, cash settlement budget monitoring, etc.)
- Project Meeting, Staff Meeting, Stakeholders meeting and Networking event and Chab Dai main events as put in calendar Communication and Media
- Assist the project team to create and implement their weekly and monthly work plans clearly and properly.

- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology, Management or relevant field.
- Good at leadership and organizational management skills.
- Good at problem solving, critical thinking and conflict management skills.
- Experience working specifically with victims of abuse/trauma.
- 5 years’ experience working at the level of Project Management (Preferred)
- Overview of child protection policy and practice for organisations.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with local projects at different stages of organisational development.
- A good understanding of Cambodia cultural issues.
- Good English and Khmer oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail (Require)
- Be able to travel and stay overnight at province.

Information Technology (IT) Coordinator
Reports to: Head of People & Culture
The IT Coordinator provides technical support to Chab Dai’s Office. This role will include a variety of tasks and will work both internally and externally to represent Chab Dai.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
- Provide technical support or training for staff on systems and networks
- Ensure smooth operating of IT systems
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during IT usage
- Work to configure and validate secure systems, shared drives, and computer controls
- Ensure proprietary/confidential data, information, and systems are protected
- Maintain security system, shared drive, computer control solutions, and printer troubleshooting
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Backup and restore data and files
- Involve in the quote process for purchasing electronic products.
- Work with People & Culture Coordinator to evaluate the condition of technology equipment for asset disposal in each semester.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible and adaptable.
