The position is based in Tbong Khmum or Kampong Cham Province, and your duties include frequent travels to the project sites. He/she will be engaged mainly with the project on “Community Development through School Construction and Renovation” in Tbong Khmum, or “Capacity building and women's empowerment of Agricultural Cooperatives through production and sales of safe agricultural products by promoting sustainable agriculture” in Kampong Cham Province. In addition, he/she may be expected to support other various projects such as “School Greening through Promoting Forest Environmental Education”, “Capacity Building of Agricultural Cooperative through Promoting Sustainable Agriculture”, and more in Tbong Khmum, Kampong Cham, Kratie and Mondulkiri Provinces.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support to implement the assigned projects
- Communicate with other colleagues and the Program Manager closely and share information promptly
- Coordinate and facilitate the project activity with target communities based on the project outline.
- Regular follow up project activity at target communities and provide recommendation.
- Attend the reflection meeting with beneficiaries in target communities.
- Find potential problems and technical hitches and propose solutions
- Draft field activity report, quarterly report, and annual report for the ERECON headquarters in Tokyo
- Build trust and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders
- Other duties assigned by the Program Director and Program Managers

- Education:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalence in rural development, education, agriculture, or environment studies
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Working experiences in Rural Development or Education sector is preferable.
- Language:
- Fluency in English is required
- Others:
- Good computer skills (office software packages)
- Driving license is a critical asset
