The LN Agri Group is a Cambodian Management company, supplying management expertise to the agriculture and forestry sectors. The company is currently involved in several projects including two European funded companies in Kratie, namely Dau Tu and Phu Rieng.

We are looking for various qualified candidates to fulfill the positions as in the following:

Announcement Positions

Assistant Plantation Manager (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Salary : Negotiation (Plus other benefits)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Research on best practices on Rubber and Cashew silviculture and harvesting,
  • Managing the rubber and cashew plantation, tapping operations and cashew harvesting,
  • Ensuring proper record keeping of all activity operations.
  • Daily reporting on tapping production, cashew harvesting and attendance,
  • Arranging, distributing and managing all rubber related silviculture and latex harvesting operations to Field Supervisors;
  • Keep records of daily activities and quantities of consumables utilized in operations,
  • Ensuring that all procedures and activities being done under Cambodian legislation, whilst being sensitive to environmental and social impacts; and
  • Keeping track of worker’s attendance including preparing and submitting attendance lists to the Plantation Manager,
  • Remain up to date with the developments in your field of work,
  • Other tasks as delegated by Plantation Manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Forestry or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in rubber and cashew plantation.
  • Be good at speaking English and writing report both Khmer and English.
  • Good communication with working team.
  • Ability to use computer office program including Internet and E-mail.
  • Know how to prepare program of weekly plan, monthly plan, and action plan.
  • Willing to work hard and learn new skills related to the job
  • Able to work both in a team work and independently
  • Willing to contribute and help in improving the work place
  • Willing to start working early morning (start from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
  • Honest, friendly, cooperative, flexible, respectful, and reliable.
 
 

Field Supervisor (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Location : Chetr Borey and Snuol district, Kratie province

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise workers under your supervision in the assigned field work.
  • Develop daily work plan with workers
  • Assign and guide workers to work properly according to guidelines.
  • Check and record the attendant and work activities of workers on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and make sure the workers’ daily works are running well.
  • Check and record workers’ daily result (raw rubber, cashew nut and grass cutting etc.).
  • Check and record daily sale (raw rubber and cashew nut).
  • Make sure workers are using company’s materials and tools is in according to the right direction and demand.
  • With support from Assistant Manager resolve the problem faced and conflict among the workers.
  • Other tasks as delegated by Assistant Manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Faculty, Forestry or equivalent qualifications.
  • 2 years experiences in the field are an advantage
  • Be good at speaking English and writing report both Khmer and English
  • Good communication with working team
  • Ability to use computer office program including Internet and E-mail
  • Know how to prepare program of weekly plan, monthly plan, and action plan
  • Willing to work hard and learn new skills related to the job
