Job Scope:
This position has main responsibilities in providing effective and efficient Employee Relation process/coordination in the bank and ensuring compliance of all HR aspects with the requirement in Labor Law and instruction/regulation from local authorities.
- Take lead in ER function
- Onboarding process for new staff
- Employee separation processing
- Staff probation follow up and issuance of Probation Confirmation Letter
- Employee data update and management
- HR monthly headcount report (providing to relevant departments and parents Bank)
- Foreign employment Quota ad work permit processing all expat
- Expat contract preparation
- Issuance of Employment Reference
- Be a member of Disciplinary Team and coordination of disciplinary action for staff misconduct
- Staff declaration (in/out)
- New Branch Manager declaration to NBC
- Coordination of staff declaration of related party to parents Bank
- Employee attendance/leave management
- Org. Chart update
- Employee personnel file update and control
- HR administrative stock management
- Take lead in HR compliance function
- Coordination of on-site inspection from Labor Inspector
- Ensure compliance in all HR aspects with the requirement in Labor Law and instruction/regulation from local authorities.
- At least 2 years’ experience in ER and compliance function
- Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or Management
- Good command of English in both written and spoken
- Good communication and relation building skills
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Good management and coaching skills
- Good presentation skills
- Be patient, friendly, high integrity and result-oriented
