WORKING HOUR : 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
- Support Head Teacher with daily operations
- Lead teaching, behavior, and staff coordination
- Train & supervise teachers and volunteers
- Promote student progress and well-being
- Reporting to: Head Teacher
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Assistant and Teaching experience
- Strong leadership, communication & classroom management
- Skilled in curriculum planning, assessment & inclusion
- Committed to safeguarding and staff development
Building Manager
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
WORKING HOUR : 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
- Lead the construction of houses and toilets.
- Train and guide volunteers on building techniques and tool safety.
- Ensure the building site is safe and all tools and materials are in good condition.
- Keep track of tools and equipment, ensuring they are accounted for after each build.
- Follow plans and schedules for all builds.
- Prepare wood and tools in the warehouse before sending them to work sites.
- Maintain dignity and respect for families receiving the builds.
- Manage stock of materials and tools in the warehouse.
- Provide monthly reports on building activities and materials used.
- Train new builders and promote continuous improvement in building processes.
- At least 2 years of construction experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Ability to train and guide volunteers.
- Commitment, motivation, and good time management.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet & Email).
Builder

- Build safe and strong structures following plans.
- Use tools properly and ensure safety on-site.
- Guide volunteers with limited building experience.
- Keep the site clean and organized.
- Work with the team to plan and finish projects on time and within budget.
- Follow safety rules and respect community members.
- Experience in building work.
- Knowledge of tools and construction techniques.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically strong and willing to work in rural areas.
- A desire to help others and make a positive difference
