Assistant Engineer Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Workforce planning and annual budget to meet the target of the factory.
- Create and modify procedure, organize, JD and maintenance document.Audit document GMP, FSSC 22000 and HACCP for food plants in the maintenance section.
- Control, order, and monitor the maintenance of plant machinery.
- Check the electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Monitor equipment inventory spar part and place orders when necessary.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily and monthly activities.
- Maintain effective preventive maintenance (PM).
- Develop and improve production processes, production methods and machinery,and effectiveness.
- Develop energy conservation projects and measures to reduce costs within the
- factory.
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
- Bachelor degree of Industrial engineer/ mechanical engineer.
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in food manufacturing
- Quality system (GMP/HACCP/ FSSC 22000)
- Training Safety staff Level.
- Excellent electrical equipment tool and wiring cable.
- Strong knowledge of fundamentals concepts.
- Computer (MS Office,outlook,email…)
- Communication
- Language communication (English/Cambodia/Thai)
