Assistant Director of Sales
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Assist the Director of Sales in drawing up the sales plan annually;
- Achieves (a) budgeted revenues on key accounts and (b) conversion of key prospects through the preparation and execution of acting plans;
- Organize regular sales visits in accordance to a predetermined plan;
- Manage the connections with Travel Agents both nationally and internationally;
- Provide ongoing sales direction to subordinate staff if any by implementing the joint call program and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of customer interviews and action plans.
- At least 3 years sales management experience preferably in a luxury/upscale market setting;
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills at all levels, socially articulate in a business sense;
- Ability to lead, train and develop the sales team and creating an effective team environment;
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English and in Khmer;
- Pro-active with a passion for luxury hospitality;
- Strong administration & organizational skills and pay attention to details; and
- Can take the initiative to drive business and revenue opportunities.
