Assistant Accounting Manager
Purpose of the Position
Contribute to support the accurate and completed accounts of the company, to support implementing effective internal control procedure in the accounting process.
- Assist in Prepare and make payments to suppliers
- Assist in Prepare staff over times
- Assist in Prepare monthly payroll must accurate and timely
- Assist in Preparing and maintaining staff’s provident funds.
- Assist in Prepare monthly tax declaration to GDT
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Prepare fixed assets report, depreciation, disposals
- Assist in Prepare NSSF monthly report.
- Checking all invoices and cash receipts application for customers’ invoice
- Checking and maintaining petty cash expense.
- Assist in Prepared on monthly journal entries
- Ensuring all GL adjustment accounts are reconcile to sub ledgers and timely accurate monthlyclosing and reporting activities including making accruals entry.
- Maintaining and monitoring account payable transactions, system posting
- Verify correctness of AR invoice against contract and supporting documents
- Assist in Prepare monthly financial report
- Prepare and supporting of data collection for external auditors
- Assist in Supporting subsidiary company in accounting and financial such as reporting cash flow, monthly budgeting, system posting, financial report and filing in a good manner and timeline.
- Providing annual declaration of commercial enterprise service
- Training and Coaching subordinators for relevant works
- Conduct the performance appraisals for staff under supervision
- Communication with relevant unit (CS, operation, Adm/HR)
- Relationships
- Internal: the incumbent is required to report to accounting manager, discuss issues with accountant, senior FA manager and related department.
- External: the incumbent is also required to maintain close contact with tax department, banker, tenants, and suppliers.
- Master degree in finance and banking
- Certificate in Cambodian taxation is a plus
- A recognized degree of accounting discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
- Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Good writing & speaking in English
