Area Sales Manager (1 Position)
The position is for Modern Trade in Phnom Penh
Salary: (Upon negotiation)
Working Time: Mon-Fri (8:00am-5:00pm)

- Sales and distribution partner supervision:
- Develop, propose and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly sales targets agreed with partners.
- Budget and plan to spend rental, sponsor, loyalty or member card and control all of expenses.
- Distribution management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, etc.), improve the process of order cargoes on supermarket, maximum inventory in the supermarket.
- Implement Price structure: price gap between GT vs MT/ net retailer price/ consumer price/ price adjustment procedure.
- Build & maintain relationship with managers and buyers of key accounts.
- Trade Marketing:
- Propose promotion procedure, manage Cost on sales, Process to apply the promotion program, and supervise the promotion program in supermarket
- Deploy Below the Line/ Rental/ Activation/ Other Branding programs:
- Negotiate with Buyers for the budget/ details of program/ activity.

- Management of the sales administration:
- Management of the sales administration (delivery co-ordination, and reporting)
- Market Analysis/ Sales report/ Market share report/ Display Share report/...
- Bachelor degree or equivalence in Economic/ Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in same level of Modern Trade Planning in FMCG field
- Good project management skills.

Sales Supervisor General Trade (4 Positions)
Salary: (Upon negotiation)
Working Time: Mon-Fri (8:00am-5:00pm), Sat: (8:00am-12:00pm)

- Manage the work quality of the salesman team, including field attachment and daily sales performance.
- Daily stock check, follow up salesman sale route as planned, push sale product mix and sale volume to hit the daily and monthly targets.
- Prepare weekly A&P report, daily sale report, promotion tracking, selling price, and display program.
- Working on activities (Market Activation) and controlling/ leading salesman team to use POSM with quality
- Summary monthly A&P, daily sales report, tracking promotion, display program, and summary POSM.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
- Bachelor degree majored in Marketing/Sale related or Business
- 2 - 3 years of direct experience in FMCG
- Leadership & management skills, selling skill
- Computer Skill (MS/Excel and Email)
- Good English proficiency
- Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and disciplined
