Area Sales Manager

Position Summary

Directly reports to: National Sales Manager

Supervises: Sales Representative

Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage business development strategies and plans for assigned product range.
  • Manage and monitor the implementation of business action plans to achieve the business targets.
  • Manage team to coordinate and support the marketing activities (group presentation. customer meeting/ symposium etc.)
  • Manage and supervisor Consumer Team.
  • Analyze and evaluate market changes, competitor’s activities and propose the amendment aligned with the company’s regulation.
  • Allocate business targets to the assigned Sales Representative based on the business analysis and potential territories and resources.
  • Inform the supervised employees the relevant policies and regulations relating to business & customers to ensure timely implementation.
  • Build up customers development strategies to develop good relationship with them.
  • Handle customer feedback and requirement timely.
  • This JD covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated proactively from employees. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to company needs.

  • Required Qualification
  • Bachelor Degree in marketing or sales.
  • 2-5 years work experience in selling products and team management
  • Good command of written and spoken English;

Medical Representative

Position Summary

Directly reports to: Area Sales Manager

Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Sell products throughout pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other customers.
  • Meet Doctors, Pharmacist, and other healthcare workers in order to detail the company products.
  • Build good relationship with customers.
  • Plan and implement with Doctors and Pharmacy meetings for the promotion of the products.
  • Create demand for the products at hospitals, clinics, pharmacy and other health care outlet.
  • Joint and perform all other marketing activities.
  • Regular feedback on the promotional strategies of the company.
  • Prepare and submit sales receipt and other supporting document.
  • Maintain daily record of the promotional materials issued by the company.
  • Maintain daily report, tour plan, and Dr’s dairy.
  • Maintain all other Kits, including uniform, working bag, literature etc.
  • Prepare report to Area Sales Manager.
  • Other task assigned by Area Sales Manager.

  • 6 months -1 year work experience as Medical Representative.

Sales Representative

Position Summary

Directly reports to: Area Sales Manager

Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Meet and explain the customers in order to detail the company products.
  • Build good relationship with customers.
  • Plan, Visit, Sales, implement, control and evaluate sale activities.
  • Create demand for the products at market outlet.
  • Market Research, competitor survey and follow up to create new customers.
  • Maintain all other Kits the same as their own property, including Tab, uniform, working bag, literature, Promotional Material etc.
  • Other task assigned by Business Unit Manager (Sales & Business Development) or Area Sales Manager.
  • This JD covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated proactively from employees. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to company needs.

Position Summary

Directly reports to: Product Consultant Supervisor

Location: Mega Lifesciences Office-Cambodia

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Perform product demonstrations for both prospective clients and existing clients as needed.
  • Product introduction to shopper, to build trail and trade up
  • In-store promotion execution
  • Provide feedback of competitors
  • Report to PC supervisor/Team leader
  • Other task assigned by Product Consultant Supervisor.
