Reporting to : Director
- Create target sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
- Monthly report on target sales results.
- Prepare and review the by weekly, monthly and mid annual action plan of the target area.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions in the target area.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for target growth.
- Acquisition new customers and retention existing customers to achieve target sales plan.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and write credit assessment, proposal, and quotation.
- Review sale purchase agreement, collateral, and any legal document to ensure that there is no expiry.
- Regularly visit customers and locations in the regions.
- Recruit and persuade wholesalers/ customers in the region to equip AGI (Agri-Smart Innovation) trademark.
- Ensure AGI stations in the regions follow the policy and guidelines of MME and government institutions.
- Ensure AGI setting up stations in the regions to be aligned with our core value and get fully support.
- Assist Sales Team to prepare operational and strategic plans for long term and short-term goals.
- English - Good is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural, or relevant field
- Working experience in Agricultural Product Sale/Customer Service for 3 years
- Able to use computer, email. Power point, Excel and word.
- Able to create and set up YouTube, Facebook page, TikTok, Telegram and Instagram…...
- Able to identities the issue on rice growing challenge.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance Sales Representative.
- Good communication, negotiation, solving problem, and analytical skills.
- Management and leadership, and organizational skills.
- Be able to work independently and under pressure.
- Be flexible regarding working hours.
- Able to work weekend, public holiday if needed.
- Able to understand and prepare bidding form with different institution, MAFF, PDAF, NGO and private sector.
- Able to work closely with MAFF, PDAF, NGO, Private sector, Farmers Cooperatives, Rice mills Cooperatives, rice seeds producers.
- Availability to travel as needed and stay in the province.
- Experience and knowledge in Agriculture business operation.
