Administrative Officer & Accountant

Position Summary

Type: International Organization

Schedule : Full time ( Mon-Fri)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Arrange documents and make payment monthly NSSF
  • Arrange supported documents for monthly tax declaration
  • Assist with monitoring project expenditure
  • Assist management team in recruitment process
  • Prepare office related contracts and renew MOU with government
  • Assist basic accounting by recording daily expenditure
  • Arrange quarterly report and annual report submit to government
  • Communicate with stake holders and government for support any documents
  • Translate administration documents and interpretation
  • Assist Project teams with daily tasks related to the project and administration
  • Any other duties directed by country director.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Good communication in English
  • Graduated Bachelor degree of Accounting, Finance, Public administration or equivalent majors related to position
  • Knowledge with taxation and NSSF
  • Ability to work independently and with the team
  • Good skill in computer program: MS office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be good performance in assist any project activities and materials
  • Good at report writing skill & data entering skill
  • Good at translate documents from English to Khmer- Khmer to English
  • Community communication skills, including networking/coordinator among different partners
  • NGO working experience is preferable
  • Be able to travel as requirement.
 
 

Project Assistant

Position Summary

This position is for WASH Project

Location: Siem Reap City

Schedule : Full time ( Mon-Fri)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist planning implement and evaluate project activities
  • Translate documents from English to Khmer- Khmer to English
  • Communicate with stake holders and government departments
  • Assist data management and update
  • Assist arrange liaise between construction companies about facilities and buildings
  • Check process of wells and sanitation facilities construction
  • Assist arranging basic hygiene lessons for students training
  • Be able to travel as frequently.
  • Any other duties directed by country director.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in social welfare, international relationship or equivalent majors related to position
  • Good skill in computer program: MS office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work independently and with the team
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage tasks.
 
 

Project Assistant

Position Summary

This position is for Health Promotion in Public Schools Project

Location: Siem Reap City

Schedule : Full time ( Mon-Fri)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To plan, implement and evaluate project activities
  • To carry out the following activities under the supervision of the country director.
  • Assist in preparing the work plans, mobilization, monitoring, and other
  • supporting documents to ensure project implementation as required by the project plan
  • Assist in ensuring day-to-day follow-up on the work progress
  • Coordinate with partners (Government, NGOs, and related organizations) to make the network and to do projects
  • Ensure the functions of the WSC's projects are done timely and efficiency
  • Project-related interpretation and document translation
  • Any other duties directed by the country director.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • A university degree sociology, social work, community development and other related field
  • Under or fresh graduated student of nurse, public health is preferable
  • Experience in health and education sector is a plus
  • Experience in workshop, training and campaign is a plus
  • Willing to work with community, school or with local authority
  • Honest and trustworthy and team spirit
  • Be able to travel and stay overnight a few times per month
  • Ability to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel & power point)
