Administrative and Office Assistant

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Admin / Supervisory, Assistant
  • Schedule:Full-time, Part-time
  • Salary: $200 - $600 Negotiable
Position Summary

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-time, week days only (freelance contract)

Work organization:

  • Freelance contract
  • Option to be working part-time: 2.5 days per week, flexible hours to be organized during the week (weekdays only), partial remote possible but office presence at least 10 hours per week (200$-300$ per month depending on profile and experience)
  • Option to be working full-time: 5 days per week, flexible hours to be organized during the week (weekdays only), partial remote possible but office presence at least 20 hours per week (400$-600$ per month depending on profile and experience)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create and format documents and presentations
  • Provide assistance in administrative and logistical matters
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and operations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications
  • Perform general office tasks
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to create professional documents and presentations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus
  • Reliable team player who is willing to learn, and to work with us on a long term basis
  • Candidates must be native Khmer speakers and fluent in English
  • It is preferred for applicants to have a degree and/or some coursework related to admin / finance, but this is not mandatory
  • Applicants must pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational skills
