Announcement Description

The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) has received grants from the Global Fund towards the cost of the Sustain HIV Responses, Move Towards Elimination of New HIV Infection; Increase Access to and improve Quality of TB Services at OD and Community Levels with Linkage to TB-HIV in Cambodia for the period from 2024 to 2026. The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) is the Principal Recipient (MEF-PR) represented by the General Department of International Cooperation and Debt Management (MEF/GDICDM) and Ministry of Health is the Lead Implementation Team (MOH-LIT). The Sub Implementers (SI) are National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology and STD and National Center for Tuberculosis and Leprosy.

The Project’s beneficiaries include: (i) PLHIV, including men, women and children; pregnant women and infants; key populations: FEW and their clients, MSM, PWID and their partners, TGs and people in prison and other closed settings; and targeted members of the general population as unidentified risk groups. (ii) Presumptive TB cases; patients with TB; children; high-risk groups such as PLHIV, contacts of TB patients, prisoners, and diabetics. In addition, communities living in rural areas and with poor access to health services will be targets.

There are two components:

  • HIV Component
  • TB Component.

Position Summary

The position is for National

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • The Administrative Assistant will deliver the specific tasks as follows:
  • Manage and coordinate project operations;
  • Be responsible for day-to-day project correspondence, information sharing and filing, ensuring that appropriate follow-up actions are taken;
  • Create and maintain an administrative filing system;
  • Classify, record and file all project documents;
  • Keeping soft copies all the projects-related documents;
  • Process document clearances from PCMU;
  • Provide documents whenever requested by the consultant team or auditors;
  • Implement, manage and maintain record keeping, confidential files, purchasing and inventory control systems;
  • Assist in collecting information from IAs for reports preparation;
  • Order and maintain office supplies;
  • Liaise with IA project staff on day-to-day implementation of project activities;
  • Manage office equipment and provide general support to other consultants;
  • Maintain a petty cash system and various budgets;
  • Prepare correspondence, materials, and agendas, meeting minutes, action logs and ensure timely follow up;
  • Perform other duties as determined by the PCMU.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • The Administrative Assistant will have a graduate qualification in business administration or other related field, with at least 3 years relevant background and experience in project administration.
