Administrative and Financial Assistant
POSITION
As part of the development of our activities in Cambodia, we are looking for an Administrative and Financial Assistant in Cambodia to support the administrative, operational, and financial management of our activities in the country.
POSITIONING
The Administrative and Financial Assistant will report on his/her activities to the Administration and Finance Manager and the Country Director.
GENERAL ATTRIBUTIONS
The Administrative and Financial Assistant of Cambodia supports the administrative and financial management activities of Insuco Cambodia.
CONDITIONS
- Position based in Phnom Penh, in Insuco’s office;
- Permanent contract under Cambodian law;
- Position to be filled ASA
- Administrative, Operational, and HR responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support such as office purchases.
- Control office supplies
- Coordinate with vendors as requested and supply the office.
- Maintain up-to-date well-organized HR files (both hard soft), maintain confidentiality records.
- Provide logistic and administrative support for field missions: hotel reservations, booking flights, distributing email invitations.
- Support production delivery government reports other preparation documents support government required processes.
- Assist Admin & Finance Manager in the preparation and distribution of requests for quotations.
- Liaise other departments ensure payment regular invoices (such rental payments offices, equipment)
- Keep documents and other letters in accordance (both hard soft).
- Support and commit the deadline with Audit, VISA ID Card extension process and other relevant.
- Perform other duties assigned by Admin & Finance Manager
- Financial and Accounting allocations
- Maintain petty cash, records of all receipts and all daily financial transactions according to policies procedures.
- Review staff expenses claims with supporting receipts and prepare monthly expense reports.
- Act as a point of contact for all accounts payable queries
- Ensure all transactions are processed and accounting recorded with accurately within the accounting system.
- Provide administrative support in relation to the bank.
- Assist monthly tax declaration including NSSF and yearly reporting.
- Training
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration preferred, otherwise a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (finance, accounting)
- Experience
- At least 2 years working experience in Administration and Finance
- Skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent Khmer (written and spoken) good English (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of financial management and Cambodian accounting standards is an advantage
