Duties & Responsibilities:
- Stationary management (office supplies, toilets supply, Kitchen supply, Others.)
- Office Management (company assets inventory, cleanliness, water supply, Electricity, Internet, phone, AC maintenance, security)
- File management (Filing documents, storage and security of the documents, issuing official letters, encoding and records)
- Office event arrangement (Meeting, staff activities, guest….)
- Logistics (hotel booking, air ticket booking……)
- Report (Staff attendance, Sample store room control, sample inventory)
- NSSF (Filling document as Beneficiary registration, Contribution payment, Declaration of pregnant worker…………..)
- BA or Administration relevant background
- At least one year experience related to the position applied.
- Strong communication skill with good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft words, excel, Outlook, power point).
