Administration Assistant (1 Position)
Location: Battambang city
Salary: Based on GPC’s guideline, experience and qualifications.
- Administration
- Manage Facility (Managing for payment all utilities expense)
- Human resource (Staff attendance control, staff annual leave control, long service award)
- Staff empowerment (Manage on supervision, New staff training and spiritual training)
- Fund raising & PR
- Targeting and assist to find donor from individuals, Shops and Companies.
- Donor management regularly and record in donor list.
- Prepare monthly and annual report of donations.
- Assist in making case story of clients and videos of donor’s impression.
- Assist in conducting annual meeting of donors.
- Support PR activities and management.
- Perform some other tasks assigned by GPC management to make smooth and sustainable
- Studying or have a bachelor degree of degree of public administration, Management, or relevance and social work is a plus.
- Must have no criminal record related to children (Must prove your criminal record in the future)
- Have respectful attitude, behavior, and characteristics
- Good at oral and written Khmer and English
- Good communication skill with clients, coworkers, local authorities, stakeholders…
- Commitment and strong team work
- Have willingness to learn on the job and work additional hours when necessary
- Travel in province might be required
- Can work under pressure and be a positive person
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Be able to use internet and email and social network.
- Be creative, initiative and proactive.
