UODDAR MEANCHEY DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICUTURAL COOPERATIVE UNION is a private legal entity and comprising of 16 Agricultural Cooperatives in UOddar Meanchey Province. It was officially registered by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) on 23 March 2020 with the certificate No. 011​GDA/CACU/P. It is an agriculture-based economic enterprise which is voluntarily established by natural persons through joint investment, joint ownership and joint management in a democratic manner in order to enhance agricultural production capacity, agro-industry, agri-business, or services related to agricultural production aimed at raising economic, social and cultural of members in accordance with the following basic principles:

In collaboration with ADDA, READAand CIDO,RCEDO, KBA Organization, The Union is seeking one qualified candidate to manage its daily administration and financial tasks in Uddar Meanchey province.

Position Summary

Function:

Administration and Finance Officer will be responsible to provide day to day in financial and administrative management of Union’s objectives, policies and procedures and provide the management team with details of financial transactions and administrative tasks of maintaining to manage the financial and administrative of Union.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Operate the accounting system: review supporting documents, record processed transactions in the proper accounts and books into the Quickbook, generate financial statement and reports, ensure that the accounting records are field in safe conditions.
  • Consolidate the financial statements of Union
  • Make finance report to board of director
  • Control and  monitor regularly the budget that is approved by Board of Directors
  • Prepare variance reports between budget  and actual
  • Develop and update finance and accounting tools  and materials for training
  • Manage on correspondence  letter to relevant stakeholder under administration
  • Conduct regularly field visit
  • Provide training about Quickbook to ACs
  • Data entry of ACs and Union
  • Follow up business and advise to AC
  • Assist Union and ACs on administration work as preparing supporting documents for all payments of ACs and Union to consistency with the report in Qucikbook.
  • Assist Business advisor for business plan follow up.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Knowledgeable in banking laws and regulation.
  • Working experiences in Finance & Accounting including 2 years of experience in  managerial role in any Financial Institutions.
  • Comprehensive both Khmer and English.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Quick-book, Internet and E-mail.
  • Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and trust worthiness.
  • Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.
