Role Summary
The Project Operations Manager is responsible for managing construction projects while also overseeing daily operational execution. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while maintaining strong control over site operations, resources, and coordination across teams. The position bridges project delivery and operational management.
- Project Management
- Plan, manage, and deliver construction projects from start to handover
- Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, materials, and manpower
- Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and scope
- Manage variations, delays, and on-site technical issues
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews

IT Officer

- Maintain laptops, printers, routers, switches, networks, and IT systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVRs, and security equipment.
- Manage email accounts, websites and system access, and shared drives update that sentence to IT
- Support POS systems and related hardware across F&B outlets.
- Handle IT troubleshooting for office, factory, warehouse, and restaurant locations.
- Maintain backups, basic cybersecurity practices, and IT equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, service, and system upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and CCTV systems.
- Hands-on IT experience; POS support experience is a strong plus.
