Admin Officer (1 Position)
The position will be subject to key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and assess progress.

- Location: Phnom Penh
- Reports to: Executive Director
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
- Remuneration Package Includes: Salary, Phone Allowance, Health Insurance, Leave Entitlement
- Salary: Approximately USD $350-$420 (depending on qualification and experience)
- Responsible for projects, meetings, events and communications within the IBC Executive Office and the Working Group D Secretariat
- Organise and update the IBC Website and event member database/s
- Circulate information to and from IBC Office and Members
- Maintain good relationships with members, suppliers, and other partners.
- Liaise with various vendors, government ministries, and the private sector.
- Assist and undertake specific tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Other administrative & communication tasks especially related to event organizing and accounting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and accomplice short- and long-term deadlines with a heavy workload.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and high level of attention to details
- Fluent in English and Khmer
- 2-3 years experience an admin, marketing or business
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and accomplish short and long term deadlines with a heavy workload.
- Work with minimum supervision with appropriate time management and prioritization skills, and good attention to detail
- Good public presence and ability to interact with many types of people at different levels
- Experience in organizing events
- Excellent minute taking, report writing and presentation skills
- Computer literacy – MS Office, emails, including knowledge of social media and WordPress
- Positive can-do attitude
