Job Summary:
The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. They handle a variety of tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting different departments with administrative tasks.
Work Condition
- Working hours:
- 8:00PM to 12:00OM (Morning)
- 1:00PM to 17:00PM (Afternoon)
- Working day: 6days (Mon-Sat)
- Follow by public holiday
- Perform Administrative services and procurement to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures and management requirements.
- Provide quality and timely services on office facilities, logistics needs of company.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of company’s equipment and office supplies and bringing any problems to the attention of the Chief Executive Officer and the management.
- Support team in organizing and conducting meeting/event/training etc.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and report any issues.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management.
- Handle petty cash and crash reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Control stock for supplies and its report preparation.
- Other tasks assigned by Chief Executive Officer and the management.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recently graduated in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- No prior experience required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good spoken and written communication skills (Khmer, English speaking)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional work environment.
Social Media Interns (2 Positions)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated social media intern to join our team. As an intern, you will assist in managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.

- Currently pursuing or recently completing degree in Marketing, communication, Media, or a related field.
