Admin Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Organize company fixed asset tags, label new assets and manage all assets.
  • Support and coordinate maintenance matters with external parties (mall facility management, landscaping company, internet provider, email hosting provider etc.)
  • Handle procurement to obtain needed goods and services based on SGMC requirements: office, toiletry, and cleaning supplies.
  • Source vendors and negotiate terms.
  • Oversee company declaration with Ministry of Commerce
  • Work with server hosting provider, City Hall, Ministry of Post and Telecommunication to renew domain KH.
  • Coordinate with Medical Council Cambodia for staff in council registration; Doctor, Nurse, and pharmacist.
  • Handover required tools needed to perform work to staff.
  • Work with Ministry of Commerce regarding company matters.
  • Insurance for company; assist in buying and renewing and keep track.
  • Oversee and maintain office, toiletry, and cleaning supplies.
  • Manage and keep trace of POs & PRs
  • Organize records, agreements, contracts etc.
  • Keep track of the validity of agreement, contracts license etc.
  • Renew license and agreement; not employment contract, as required following instruction from management.
  • Book meeting room, training room
  • Compose office memo, letter, or reports as per instructions.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least graduate from high school
  • Good commands of English
  • Good computer literacy; MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, etc.
  • Enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to learn.
