Position challenge:
- High work pressure: There are more new companies in the start-up period, and the business direction is facing frequent adjustments
- Communication problems: Group employees come from multiple countries and often need to conduct cross-border meetings and cross-border work coordination
- Responsible for visa processing for foreign employees
- Conduct and process staff payroll
- Manage personnel files of all staff
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Update internal rules and regulations of the company
- Responsible for recruitment, interviews for all positions in the headquarters and subsidiaries
- Recruitment website and headhunting management

- More than 5 years’ work experience in the administrative department or HR department in Thailand.

- Must be able to join the company within 1 months after offer.
- Ability:
- Familiar with Thailand's visa policies, have rich visa application experience and relevant document templates, and can independently complete more than 10 visa applications at the same time (not through a third-party intermediary)
Marketing Executive (1 Position)

Position challenge:

- Digital / Online marketing:
- Increase brand awareness online
- Enhance consumer engagement to the brand
- Build strong possible brand
- Drive online traffic to e-Commerce site thus to maximize online sales
- Market Research:
- Design and develop the market intelligence process for better understanding our industry, customers, and competitors; with the purpose of aiding in strategic planning and commercial mapping
- Identify target customers and build customer profile database, and maintain database based on segmentation analysis and geography analysis
- Find actionable strategic insights through market information, customer research, competition research and analysis to help strategic and commercial decision-making; be an expert on industry trends
- Work with Marketing, Sales, and Strategy teams to define research projects, industry benchmarks and assist in setting strategic goals
- 25-35 years old
- Language:

Chairman Assistant (1 Position)

- Assist the chairman of the board to convene and preside over the company's senior management meetings, organize discussions and decide on the company's development plans, business policies, annual plans, and major issues in daily operations;
- Organize relevant personnel to review, supervise, assess, and inspect the company's various development plans and implementation results;
- Master the overall operating status of the company and provide first-hand information for the chairman of the board to make timely business decisions;
- Responsible for coordination of external public relations and assist in handling relevant business reception work;
- Assist the chairman to regularly review the company's financial statements and other important reports, and comprehensively monitor the company's financial status;
- Review important economic contracts and important reports, documents, materials, etc.;
- Communicate and coordinate the work of relevant departments of the company on behalf of the chairman of the board;
- Assist the chairman of the company's daily affairs management; Handle other affairs authorized by the chairman of the board.
- Language:

- Overseas study experience, the country of study is limited to: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia. Bachelor degree above.
- CPA/CIA/ACCA/ACA or other equivalent professional qualifications.
- Work Background:
- More than 3 years audit work experience in Big-4 (Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Price Waterhouse Coopers, KPMG).
- And more than 3 years investment or finance experience in well-known investment company.
