Duties
  • Assets and Inventories Management (AIM)
  • Prepare fixed and unfixed assets to the right place by label with Asset code, person in charge, and conditionCollaborate with Procurement Department to record the new incoming assets into Asset Management System (AMS) with accurate documents related, and picture.
  • Collaborate with Accounting Department to make the reconcile and balance of depreciation and reference to put new purchase.
  • Collaborate with Head of Department for asset physical count schedule as quarterly or semi or in case of spot check once found cheating or wrong use of assets.
  • Design the asset movement form such as disposal, broken, reallocation, sale, or repair/maintenance.
  • Prepare asset& Inventory management report as monthly and quarterly by submit to manager to verifies and approves
  • Information Technology Management (ITM)
  • Manage the company internal servers, internet system, PC, laptop (WINDOW and APPLE), printer networking connects, iPad/phone.
  • Control the Point of Sale (POS) and HRMS to ensure that running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Department for required to repair or maintain related IT.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Department to make a new purchase of hard or software to replace and give new to staff.
  • Prepare report as monthly and quarterly by submit to Manager for verifies and approves

Requirements
  • Several years experiences of above work criteria requirement or similar role.
  • Bachelor Degree business development management/ Information Technology Management or any related field.
  • Good level of English (both writing speaking) required.
  • Computer skill completed set.
  • Honesty excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability with team, sense confidentiality, integrity.

Duties
  • Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
  • Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system along with setting up conference calls as requested
  • Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
  • Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
  • Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
  • Assist new applicants who come into the building to apply for positions, including providing them with applications

Maintenance, Electrical and Plumbing Supervisor to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and  maintaining electrical infrastructure. Your job will involve installing electrical wiring in buildings and poles, troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts and repairing appliances. Electricians must be first and foremost responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must also be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems and produce. And maintain well-functioning electrical connections to minimize the probability of accidents and maximize usability of electricity in all facilities.

Duties
  • Execute plans of electrical wiring for well- functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems.
  • Make plan for electricity and plumbing.
  • Make budget estimation and request for electricity, plumbing.
  • Install and repair electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other electrical systems.
  • Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.).
  • Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.
  • Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.
  • Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.
  • Install and repair water/plumbing system.
  • Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
  • Manage, supervise and organize electrician, and other assigned staff to implement electrical and plumbing, and maintenance effectively.
  • Evaluate or make performance appraisal for under subordinate staff.
  • Coordinate and monitor performance of facility management’s team through performing related services providing.
  • Ensure to maintain and continue operation of mechanical systems like fans, generators, water, and electric systems.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair programs on all building mechanical infrastructures.
  • Update and maintain records to track maintenance and repairs to facility manager.
  • Involved in planning for the future building space and supply needs of an organization.
  • Other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
Requirements
  • Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician.
  • Endowed with basic knowledge of IT is favorable.
  • Proven experience as an electrician, plumbing and sound in IT.
  • Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
  • Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Valid license to practice profession.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both Khmer and English Speaking. 
  • Knowledge of working related computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills to effectively manage schedules.
  • Be familiar with the construction and mechanic tasks.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed).
