- Support Admin task: office facility management, office event, health checkup for employee.
- Provide company training to employee according to program of group, local regulation, or other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance to applicable Management System Procedures in the Company.
- Control and implementation of Integrated Management system of ISO 9001:2015 Quality system, ISO 14001:2015 Environment system and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Safety& Health system.
- HSEQ KPI implementation, reporting and improvements.
- Communicating and promoting HSEQ programs to Company Members and/or contractors, suppliers.
- Support, and advice to all employees on matters related to Health & Safety
- Contact point between HSEQ Group and local site.
- Maintain site safety equipment/ facilities /PPEs and alert Management on any issues.
- Other duties assigned by Management.
- Full training will be provided.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Administration, Health, Safety& Quality is preferred.
- Good English
- Bachelor’s or Engineering degree.
- Willing study new field

Sales & Marketing Executive
Position – Sales & Marketing Executive
Category - Shipping & Logistics
Working Hour - 8:30-12:00 am and 13:00-17:30 pm
Working Day - Monday to Saturday (noon)

- Finding new potential customers and meeting with customers frequently.
- Keeping customers updated with new/changed service, schedule, rate, surcharges etc.
- Analyzing reports and carrying out market research to find new prospects.
- Preparing weekly + monthly report to Managers.
- Sending sales leads to Principles and oversea agents & follow up.
- Communicating with Customer Service/ Documentations Department/ Logistics Department/ Operation Team for internal smooth co-operation to provide the best service to customers.
- Following up departed shipments to ensure freight is paid on time and solve unexpected problems (if any).
- Other duties assigned by Management.
- Good English.
- Bachelor degree
- One- or two-years’ experience in a similar role
- Relationships with various export / freight forwarder in Cambodia is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
