Admin Assistant
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Provide customer service to customers and parents.
- Greet and welcome customers and parents.
- Offer the information to client and parents.
- Explain to parents/customers about enrolment and other information required by parents/customers.
- Pick up the phone call and explain parents/customers.
- Cashier receive payment
- Standby at First Aid if needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or any other relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in Front desk and Cashier preferred Proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office, internet use and email Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- JD are provided while contracted.
