Admin Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to customers and parents.
  • Greet and welcome customers and parents.
  • Offer the information to client and parents.
  • Explain to parents/customers about enrolment and other information required by parents/customers.
  • Pick up the phone call and explain parents/customers.
  • Cashier receive payment
  • Standby at First Aid if needed.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or any other relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Front desk and Cashier preferred Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office, internet use and email Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • JD are provided while contracted.
