Admin Assistant
Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant is responsible and provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of an office or organization with responsibilities typically include:
- Clerical & Administrative Support
- Purchase and keep record for office stationery and other materials for all departments
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings if necessary
- Arranging travel and accommodations
- Coordinating office events and appointments
- Office Management:
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Office organization, meeting room and upkeep
- Ensure for company quotation, checking suppliers and finding to support all kinds of actives
- Maintenance or facilitate on office equipment
- Check and ensure on extinguisher
- Data Entry & Record Keeping:
- Apply, updating Apply cash advance and payment (Daily)
- Prepare Sale Order including Official Receipt
- Handling and monitor for company uniform
- Customer Service & Communication:
- Ensure for delivery goods and status of sample to customer and staff
- Assisting visitors and directing inquiries
- Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor and manager
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is beneficial
