Admin and Finance Supervisor (potentially becoming an Admin and Finance Manager)
Working Day: Monday – Friday (flexible working hours)

- Be able to define strategy and set up accounting system and work-flow from the scratch
- Be able to help the company to build the team and grow the company
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare and book all incomes & expenses into the system
- Oversee, analyze, and manage all accounting functions (A/R, A/P, G/L, fixed assets, cash collections/deposits)
- Monthly and yearly tax declaration
- Prepare financial reports for submission to ACAR
- Keep all important accounting documents in good order
- And other tasks assigned by the management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, tax agent certificate is an asset
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeping and Tax Accountant
- Knowledge of accounting and book-keeping procedures
- A minimum of 3 years’ working experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role
- Honest and hard working
- Good in one of the accounting systems such as Localize, QuickBooks, Zero, etc…
- Good in English business communication for both speaking and writing
